The information below outlines competitor's poses for each round.
Round 1 - Symmetry
Athletes will execute the 4 quarter turns:
1. Front Relaxed
Enter the stage and face the judges
Stand relaxed with feet together
Arms hanging naturally at sides
2. Quarter Turns
Quarter turn to the right showing the left side
Quarter turn to the right showing the rear
Quarter turn to the right showing the right side
Quarter turn to face the front
Round 2 - Muscularity & Conditioning
Athletes will execute a series of 9 mandatory poses.
Mandatory Poses Sequence:
Hands on Hips Most Muscular (optional for women)
Other poses may be required. Competitors will be notified by email of any additional requirements.
After Round 2, competitors will perform their Individual Posing Routine.
45-second individual routine to showcase your physique
Requirements:
Routine starts at center stage
Props and costumes are permitted
Music in MP3 format (submit 10 seconds longer for fade out)
Athletes showcase their best poses and transitions
Music must not contain profanity, sexually explicit, violent lyrics, or racially offensive terminology
Athletes who don't submit music by the deadline will pose to WNBF AUSTRALIA selected music.
Overall
During the overall round, competitors battling for the Overall title may be asked by the Head Judge to perform a 'Pose Down'.
