WNBF Australia maintains the highest standards of drug-free competition through our comprehensive testing protocols.
All WNBF athletes will be subjected to a polygraph examination the days prior to the actual event. This test is conducted with the sole purpose to verify the truth in relation to an athlete's natural status. If an athlete fails this test, he or she will not be allowed to compete. No exceptions. The urine drug test consists of an immediate post comp urine test done on ALL pro qualifying class winners. These samples will be sent to the US to undergo stringent testing in a professional lab selected by the WNBF. You can find the list of all banned substances HERE. This urine test will be performed by all Pro qualifying class winners immediately after stepping down the stage on show day. This test will be supervised by a WNBF staff member to avoid any potential cheating.

Most natural bodybuilding organisations do not have an out of competition policy, but the WNBF has and will continue to deliver our promise to maintain a drug-free platform for all true natural competitors by performing random urine (and sometimes blood) tests to any amateur or professional athlete at any time during the year.
