Athletes will be asked to perform an I-Walk.
The I-Walk will consist of a pose of the athlete's choice at the rear centre stage and a walk to the center front.
The competitor will then present their 5 mandatory poses and exit through the right side of the stage (the same way they entered)
The I-Walk will be done to music selected by WNBF Australia.
The order of the 5 poses is up to the athlete.
40 seconds is the maximum time allocated for the I-Walk
Poses should not be held for more than 3 seconds each.
Poses should present an athletic aesthetic and not be too "Bodybuilding" oriented.
Overall stage presence – judges will assess competitor's ability to confidently and seamlessly execute
